What to do if my Perfect Aire Dehumidifier does not start?

If your Perfect Aire Dehumidifier isn't starting, ensure it's fully plugged into the outlet. Check your house's fuse or circuit breaker and replace the fuse or reset the breaker if necessary. Also, the dehumidifier might have reached its set humidity level or the bucket might be full, in which case it automatically turns off; adjust the settings or empty the bucket. Make sure the bucket is correctly placed and securely seated. After a power failure, there's a protective time delay of up to 3 minutes to prevent compressor overload, so the unit may not start immediately.
