  If your Perfect Aire Dehumidifier isn't drying the air adequately, first allow 24 hours for changes in humidity. Ensure no curtains, blinds, or furniture block the unit's front or back. Check that the set humidity percentage is lower than the room's current humidity; try running it on CONT. mode for 24 hours. Confirm all doors, windows, and openings are closed securely. Note that room temperatures below 5 °C (41° F) can affect performance, as can the presence of a kerosene heater or other sources of water vapor.

  If the pump operation light on your Perfect Aire Dehumidifier is blinking at 1Hz, clean the filter of the pump arm inside the bucket area. Check that the pump hose isn't kinked or blocked. Also, empty the water from the bucket. You can also unplug the machine and use a dry Q-tip to clean dust from the pump hose inlet.
