7. Tighten the Water Jacketed 8-Position Multi-Cell Holder in the sample compartment with the
screws. (The red circles indicates the location of the screws in the figure).

8. Assemble the tube with the male connector of quick coupling.

NOTE:
The tube size is recommended 6 mm-ID and 10 mm-OD silicon tube which has thermal resistance at least
100ºC.
9. Connect the male connector with the tube to the quick coupling mount of the front plate.
