12.3 Permissible braking frequency
The braking frequency depends on the adjusted braking current.
The braking devices of the VB …-25 L (LP) type allow the following braking frequencies:
For intermediate values please refer to table 3.
Warning:
When setting up a machine or during commissioning, it is possible to carry
out 4 braking operations in succession, i.e., with rated device current and at
a braking time of 10s. After such operating conditions, however, the device
needs a recovery time of 15 minutes.
