Yourvehicleisequippedwitha
two-speed,intermittentwindshield
wipersystem.Thewindshieldwiper
systemisintegratedwiththeexterior
lightssothatthelowbeamheadlights
willturnonwhenthewindshieldwipers
turnon.Tooverridethisfunction,turn
theheadlightsonandthenoffagain
andthelowbeamswillturnoff.A
seven-positionrotarywiperswitch
(locatedontheturnsignallever)
operatesthewindshieldwipersand
washer.Rotatetheendoftheturn
signallevertochangethewipermode.
NOTE
Theignitionkeymustbeturnedto
ONorACCforthewiper/washer
switchestooperate.

TherstpositionafterOFFisthe
intermittent#1cycle.Thenext
positionsareintermittent#2,#3,and
#4.Thelasttwopositionsarewiper
lowspeedandwiperhighspeed.
ToWashTheWindshield
Pushtherotarywash/wipeknobin
(towardssteeringcolumn),holdfor
morethan0.8secondsandthen
release.Holdtheknobintoextend
thewashingcycle.Afterthelever
isreleased,thewiperswillshutoff
automaticallyorresumethewiper’s
settingspeed.
Toactivatethewipersforoneswipe
withoutactivatingthewasher(“mist”
function),pushtheturnsignallever
in(towardsthesteeringcolumn)and
releaseinlessthan0.5seconds.The
wiperswillperformasingleswipeand
thenresumethewiper’ssettingspeed.
WARNING!
Cleanbladesregularlywithadamp
clothtoremoveroadlmandwax
build-up.Donotdrivewithwornor
dirtywiperblades.Theycanreduce
visibility,makingdrivinghazardous
whichmayleadtoaninjuryaccident
resultingindeathorpersonalinjury.

Donotuseantifreezeorengine
coolantinthewindshieldwasher
reservoir-damagetosealsand
othercomponentswillresult.
