positions:ACC(Accessories),OFF ,
ON,andSTART.
OFF:Inthispositionallaccessories
areOFF(exceptthoselistedbelow)
andyoucanremovethekey.
Thefollowinglightsandaccessories
havepowerwhenthekeyisintheOFF
position:
•brakelights
•emergencyhazardasher
•domeandcourtesylamps(on
doors)
•electrichorn
•cigarettelighter
•taillights
•markerlamps
•headlights
•radiostationmemory
•instrumentlights
•auxiliarypower
•Instrumentpanelmemorysettings
ACC(Accessory):Withthekeyinthis
positionyoucanplaytheradio,defrost
mirrors(ifequippedwithmirrorheat)
oruseotheraccessories.
ON:IntheONpositionallcircuitsare
energized.Panelwarninglightswill
lightandthebuzzerwillsounduntil
(1)theengineisstarted,(2)normaloil
operatingpressureisreached,and(3)
airbrakesystempressureisabove
65psi(441kPa).Inthisposition,the
ignitionkeycannotberemoved.
START:Turnthekeytothisposition
tostartyourengine.Releasethe
keyaftertheenginehasstarted.For
