thevehiclewasmanufactured,you
shouldcontactyourtrailermanufac-
turerand/ortraileranti-lockbrake
manufacturertodetermineifthe
poweravailableatthe7-waytrailer
lightlineisadequate.Failuretodo
somightresultininsufcientpower
tothetrailerABSsystemwhichmay
affectitsoperation.
CAUTION
Thecenterpinofthe7-waytrailer
lightlinemaybeconstantlypowered
forABS.Makesureitwillnotacci-
dentlyturnontrailerequipment.

IfatrailerdoesnothavePLC,but
itdoeshaveABSthatispowered
throughanoptionalsecondtrailer
connector(ISO3731)andthattrailer
ABSisdesignedtocontroltheTrailer
ABSWarningLampinthecaband
thevehiclehasbeenorderedwiththe
optiontoturnonthislampforthese
typesoftrailers,thenthislampwillturn
onwhenthattrailerABShasasystem
problem.Thisshouldbecheckedbya
dealerassoonaspossible.TheTrailer
ABSWarningLampwillnotturnonfor
thepower-ontestwhenconnectedto
thesetypesoftrailers.
