  If your Petmate Pet Care Product isn't flowing enough water, try these steps: 1. Adjust the Flow Control Ring to be fully open for optimum water flow. 2. Ensure the Lift Screw rotates freely in the Well housing. 3. Make sure the water lift is fully seated into the Receiving Well. 4. Ensure the filter is clean. 5. Check the Lift Screw and clean it with a soft, damp cloth if necessary.

  If your Petmate Pet Care Product is making a vibrating noise: * Push down on top of the water lift to ensure the water lift assembly is securely seated into the base. * Make sure the Infinity Top Cover is properly seated on the Infinity Base. * Disassemble the water lift and ensure it is assembled correctly according to the Water Lift Assembly instructions.

  If your Petmate Pet Care Product overflows when you first start it up: * Ensure the bowl is filled to 1/2” below the rim, as overfilling can cause overflow. * Ensure that the water refill bottle Plunger Cap is securely installed on the Reservoir Bottle. * Make sure the bottle is correctly installed into the Infinity Top Cover and Base.
