INSTRUCTIONS
WIRE CRATE
READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS THAT COME WITH THIS CRATE.
To assemble wire crate:
A1. Wire crate comes collapsed, in locked position with plastic pan installed. Lay
wire crate at on any non-scu surface and locate lock wire. Lock wire should be
pointing up for proper assembly position.
A2. Unlock wire crate by pulling lock wire down. Fold out top crate panel.
A3. Grab overhanging panel, lift up and swing over to form main structure of crate.
A4. Reach in and pull up door panel. Door panel has 4 side wall latches and two top
panel corner locks. Make sure all are secured.
A5. Once complete, engage top panel center latch over top side of crate. Follow same
procedure to secure back panel of crate.
A6. Open door by raising latch mechanism all the way up and pushing over.
Always make sure door is properly secured when animal is inside.
To remove plastic pan:
B1. Lift front door panel up so that pan-locking device can slide under the front
door panel.
B2. Pan will now be able to slide out front of crate.
B3. Reverse steps to reengage pan-locking device.
Note: Do not let pet inside crate without pan-locking device engaged.
WARNING: Do not let animal in crate without pan in place. Do not try to remove
pan any other way, for risk of damaging or breaking of pan. Do not let pet inside
crate with a broken pan. Plastic pan locking device is designed to prevent pet from
pushing pan out of crate. For information on ordering a replacement pan, go to

Reinstalling the Plastic Pan

Follow the reverse steps to re-engage the pan-locking device securely after pan installation.

General Cautions and Guidelines

Proper Crate Usage and Safety

Crate is for safe housing, not punishment. Remove collars/items to prevent injury. Ensure pet is trained for confinement.

Maintenance and Damage Warnings

Use only with intact pan. Inspect pan for cracks. Stop use if broken. Do not modify. Clean routinely for hygiene.

Pet Comfort and Security

Provide food/water. Do not leave unattended until trained. Ensure all locks are engaged. Avoid heat injury.
