The needle thread is too tight.
Set the relevant needle thread tension to a
lower value.
The upper looper thread (red) appears on
the underside of the fabric.
Set the red thread tension to a higher value.
The lower looper thread (yellow) is too
loose.
Set the yellow thread tension to a higher
value.
