The CPU Backplate is secured with the 4x
115x Standos to the motherboard.
Make sure the backplate orientation
matches the CPU socket:
Apply a pea-size drop of thermal paste to
the center of the CPU.

Socket 115x Installation

Backplate Installation

Secure the CPU Backplate with 4x 115x Standoffs to the motherboard.

Thermal Paste Application

Apply a pea-size drop of thermal paste to the center of the CPU.

C360i Installation (115x)

Assemble the 115x Screw, Spring and Washer. Mount the C360i Block on the CPU Socket.

C360i Installation (2011-3)

Assemble the 2011-3 Screw, Spring and Washer. Mount the C360i Block on the CPU Socket.

Digital-RGB Installation

Connect D-RGB Strip

Connect the D-RGB cable to the LED strip in the block. Lift magnetic cover for access.
