Why is the Wi-Fi setup failing on my Philips Humidifier, and how can I fix it?

If the Wi-Fi setup for your Philips Humidifier is unsuccessful, switch to the 2.4GHz band of your router and try again. Check that the purifier is within range of the Wi-Fi router. Verify that the network name and Wi-Fi password are correct, noting that they are case-sensitive. Retry the setup, keep the appliance away from other electronic devices, and ensure airplane mode is deactivated. Consult the help section in the App for more tips.
