Note
Make sure that the pre-lter is completely dry.
If it is still wet, bacteria may multiply in it and
shorten the lifetime of the pre-lter.
3 Mix the white vinegar with an equal
amount of tap water in a container that is
large enough to soak the humidication
lter in.
Note
White vinegar has 5% acetic acid.
If there are white deposits (limescale) on the
lter, make sure that the side with the white
deposits is immersed in the water.
4 Let the humidication lter soak in the
solution for one hour.

5 Discard the water-vinegar solution.
6 Rinse the humidication lter under the
tap to rinse away vinegar residues. During
rinsing, turn the humidication lter so that
both the front and back sides are rinsed.
7 Let excess water drip off the
humidication lter and let it air dry.
8 After the pre-lter and humidication lter
are put back in the appliance, reset the
lter lifetime counter. (Refer to chapter 7
"Resetting the lter lifetime counter")
