If the Wi-Fi setup for your Philips Humidifier is unsuccessful, and your router is dual-band, ensure it's connected to a 2.4GHz network, as 5GHz networks are not supported. Web authentication networks are also not supported. Check if the purifier is within range of the Wi-Fi router, and verify that the network name and Wi-Fi password are correct, noting that both are case-sensitive. Retry the setup using the instructions in section 'Set up the Wi-Fi connection when the network has changed'. Electromagnetic or other interferences can interrupt Wi-Fi connectivity, so keep the appliance away from other electronic devices. Ensure your mobile device is not in airplane mode.
