  Air or steam may leak due to several reasons: * The cap nut around the temperature controller might be loose, so fasten it tightly with the appropriate tools. * The sealing ring might not be well assembled; ensure it is correctly placed around the detachable inner lid. * There might be food residue in the sealing ring, floating valve, or pressure regulator; clean these components. * The pressure regulator might not be well assembled; make sure it's correctly placed. * The lid might not be completely closed and locked; ensure it is fully fastened in the right position.
