    • L
      Laura ColemanSep 3, 2025
When viewing videos on your Philips Projector, distorted sound or picture, or sound not synchronous with the picture can occur if the available Wi-Fi bandwidth is insufficient due to multiple Wi-Fi networks operating nearby, or if your smartphone isn't fast enough to compress and send screen data over Wi-Fi. Your smartphone may also maintain parallel connections to your home network and the projector. Disabling temporarily the connection to your home network may help.
