1. General
information
1.1.
INTRODUCTION
The RCL-bridge PM 6302 is
used to measure ohmic
resistors in the
range 0.05 Q. ... 105 MI2,
capacitors in the
range
0.5
pF ... 1050 pF and
inductances in the
range
0.5
pH ...
1050 H.
When
measuring
capacitors and
inductances also a measuring value
of the loss factor D
or the quality
factor Q is obtained.
For the
adjusting a vernier with
linear indicator scale is used.
The unknown measuring
value is
obtained after
the adjusting by
multiplying the scale
value by the
factor of the selected measuring
range.
The
bridge balance is indicated by a
moving-coil
indicator, which is
controlled by an
amplifier with
logarithmic gain
characteristic, adjusting
of the bridge
sensitivity being then
redundant.
Push-button SEARCH is used to
find quickly the
correct
measuring range in the
searching mode.
For measuring
electrolytic capacitors an
external formation
voltage can
be supplied.
By
means of an external adjustable
d.c.-voltage it is
possible to
measure
junction-capacitances on
varicaps.
