Causes What to do
During a phone call the other party has diculty hearing me.

opening may be covered.

worn correctly.

against clothing.
J The surrounding noise may
be too loud.
ComPilot Air II is unresponsive or there is no indicator light
when switching On.
J ComPilot Air II battery may
be dead.
J It may indicate a software
problem.
J Make sure the microphone
opening is not covered by part
of your body, clothing
or dirt and debris.
J Make sure your ComPilot
Air II is clipped securely to
your clothing within 40 cm
(16") distance of your
hearing aids.
J Reduce movement while you
speak.
J Bring ComPilot Air II closer to
your mouth.
J Suggest to your callers that
they increase their phone
volume.
J Charge for at least 1 hour.
J Switch ComPilot Air II o,
wait 30 seconds, then switch
On again.
