If your ComPilot II is also paired to another audio device (different from the one
you want to stream with) turn the Bluetooth off on that device.
Ensure the neckloop on your ComPilot II is plugged all the way in on both sides of the device.
Do not fold or bend the neckloop. It is always good to have a spare neckloop if possible.
The ComPilot II turns your hearing aids into headphones when using video conferencing
applications such as Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. However, it is important
to note your voice will be picked up by the computer microphone.
Audio routing
Make sure to select
“Headphones” from the pop
up menu on your computer.
Do not select on “Headset with
microphone”.
