Connecting to Computers/Tablets
BLUETOOTH
If you have an audio source equipped with Bluetooth,
you can stream audio wirelessly to your hearing aids.
Figure 5. However, for a more stable connection we
recommend you listen to your audio via a hard wire or
your TVLink II.
Pair first:
1. Pair your ComPilot II to your Bluetooth enabled
device. Pairing only needs to be done once.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your
device and switch on your ComPilot II.
3. Press and hold the connect and volume up buttons
at the same time for 2 seconds until the audio
indicator starts to rapidly blink blue. Figure 6
4. Start the pairing process on your audio
device- search for your Phonak ComPilot II. If
you are prompted for a code, enter “0000”.
4. After successful pairing, the audio
indicator will stop blinking blue.
Streaming:
1. Switch ON your ComPilot II and place it around
your neck with your hearing aids on. Figure 1
2. Remove your TVLink II from your television,
if it has already been set up there, and
insert the 3.5 mm analog audio cable in
the back of the TVLink II. Figure 3
3. Press PLAY on your Bluetooth device. Some
devices will start streaming automatically.
The audio indicator light on your ComPilot
will turn solid blue when streaming.
4. To stop streaming completely, switch the
Bluetooth OFF or switch off the ComPilot II.
