Warning: Limitation of Liability
The ultimate responsibility of the consequences of use of toxic compounds rests
with the user. Photovac’s role is as a supplier of instrumentation to assist in the early
detection of hazardous conditions involving such compounds.
It is vitally important to ensure that the 2020PROPlus is maintained in accordance
with Photovac’s instructions and that proper calibration is regularly performed.
As with any complex device, the 2020PROPlus is subject to failure and, while
Photovac has taken, and continues to take, all possible precautions to (a) reduce the
possibility of failure, and (b) warn the user in the event of failure, circumstances
may occasionally occur in which there is a failure despite such precautions on
Photovac’s part. Photovac regrets that it cannot accept liability for damages of any
kind caused as a result of either failure of the user to follow instructions or of the
2020PROPlus to perform.
