9.8 Audible SIGNALS
9.8.1 Audible ALARM SIGNALS, characteristics
NOTE: The ALARM SYSTEM also generates an independent audible ALARM SIGNAL with above
stated sequence of tones by a mechanical buzzer (2400 +/- 50 Hz).
LATCHING ALARM SIGNAL = ALARM SIGNAL that continues to be generated after its triggering
event no longer exists, until stopped by deliberate OPERATOR action.
NON-LATCHING ALARM SIGNAL = ALARM SIGNAL that automatically stops being generated
when its associated triggering event no longer exists.
