9 Storage
Depending on the ball bearing lubricant, HV stepper motors can be stored for up to 2 years
in the original foil package, UHV stepper motor at least 5 years, without influence to func-
tion or specified characteristics.
The storing temperature should be between +5 and +50 °C.
After removing the foil package, the stepper motor must only be kept in a clean box, clean
room or closed container.
