Stabilizer/Elevator Assembly
11. Mix some “30-minute
epoxy” and glue one side of the
hinge to the elevator.
12. After the elevator glue
cured. Apply 30-minute epoxy
to the elevator to the stabilizer.
Be sure the stabilizer glue
cured on the fuselage before
you do this.
