The POWER switch or power cord is defective.
Is AC power supplied to the
AC connector (power cord)?
Is 6.8 V DC output from Pin 1
of the PM connector?
Failure in the LED PWB (failure in D2402 or
CN2401) or in the COMM SLOT IF (failure in
the line for CN2301 or CN2303) or in the MAIN
PWB (failure in the line for CN9010).
1. Abnormality in power supply
No power
Is the POWER/STANDBY
indicator lit?
YES
NO
When POWER/SATNDBY indicator turns on red, perform the power-on
operation with the remote control unit or the RS232C command.

Diagnosis by LEDs."
Note: When an abnormality is detected and indicated by LEDs' flashing or
lighting, all power-supply lines, except for the 7-V DC (M+7 V) and 5-V
DC (M+5 V) lines, will be automatically shut off after about 10 seconds.
When you are going to check the power-supply lines other than the 7-V
DC (M+7 V) and 5-V DC (M+5 V) lines, place a tester to a measurement
point beforehand then check the line.
Turn the power off at the Main
Power Switch then back on.
