Warranty Period
The terms of this Warranty apply
to the following products included
in the Ploom S 2.0 Starter Kit for
eighteen months from the date of
purchase.
• Ploom S 2.0 Device
• USB Type-C Cable
• AC Adaptor
Scope of Warranty
• If a malfunction occurs while
you are using the Ploom S 2.0
Starter Kit in accordance with this
document (User’s Guide) or due
to a manufacturing defect, you
may exchange the product free of
cost. Please note that if yours is a
limited edition product, we may not
be able to replace it with the same
version.
