Heating phase (reduction of equalization force after formation of the
fusion bead)
1. When an even fusion bead has been formed along the entire circumference
of the pipe (according to the Fusion Tables, chapter 9), the force is reduced
to the heating force (F2) according the fusion table of the joint material.
Keep the left hand on the hand wheel to secure the position and open the
locking screw, than turn the hand wheel carefully clock wise .
When reducing the force, turn the hand wheel with both hands to avoid that
the spring force will turn the of hand wheel.
Do not open the machine!
Pipes have to keep contact with the heating element.
2. Lock the hand wheel with the locking screw.
3. Start timer with preset heat soak time according the tables in chapter 9.
