Change-over phase (removing the heating element)
The change-over time should be as short as possible.
When the heat soak has ended
Turn the hand wheel clockwise and move the slide apart.
Immediately swing the heating element out of the machine.
Joining and cooling phase (fusion process)
Turn the hand wheel counterclockwise and quickly build up the required
fusion force (F5 = F1).
Secure the slide with the locking screw.
Start timer with preset cooling time according the tables in chapter 9.
The cooling time must always be observed.
The use of cooling agents is not permitted during cooling.
