What to do if there is a paper jam in the ADF of Plustek Document scanner?

If your Plustek Document scanner experiences a paper jam in the ADF, follow these steps: 1. Remove any unjammed documents still loaded in the ADF. 2. Open the ADF cover by pulling the cover. 3. Gently but firmly pull the jammed documents out of the ADF, being careful not to crease or wrinkle them. 4. Close the ADF cover by pushing it back down until it snaps back into place. Important: Never try to force jammed or partially scanned documents out of the ADF without opening the cover first, as this can cause permanent damage.
