      If your Pocketbook Tablet is stuck on the splash screen and the lock screen doesn't load, you can perform a factory reset. First, turn off the device by holding the power button. Then, press and hold the Volume + button while switching the device on using the power button. When the Android system recovery menu appears (Android logo with exclamation mark), release the Volume + button. Use the Volume +/- keys to select 'wipe data/factory reset' and confirm with the On/Off key. Next, select 'yes – delete all user data'. Finally, in the service menu, select 'reboot system now'.

      If your Pocketbook Tablet is unresponsive to screen touches or key presses, try restarting it. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the device turns off. If you continue holding the power button for 5 more seconds, the device's power management system will completely reboot. To switch the device back on, press the power button again as usual.
