Jackshaft Bearing Greasin g
Loosen the driven clutch retai ning bolt
and pull the clutch outward to expose the
bearing and grease fitting. Inject grease
into the grease fitting in the flangette
until grease purges from inside or
outside the bearing seal (may take only
two pumps). Push the clutch back onto
the shaft and replace the clutch retaining
bolt. Torque to 18 ft. lbs. (24.4 Nm).
Drivesh aft Bearing Greasing
Inject grease into t he fitting on the speedomet er
drive adaptor until grease purges from inside or
outside the bearing seal (approximately two
pumps).
Coupler Greasing - WideTrak
Grease the couplers on the
driveshaft and jackshaft.
