OPERATION
Pulling up on lever causes the park brake adjuster
assembly to pull on the park brake cables. A
ratchet holds the park brake lever in place,
maintaining pressure on the cables. A push button
on the end of the park brake cable disengages the
ratchet, allowing the lever to be returned to its
normal position, thereby releasing the tension on
the cables.
