Engine Assembly
32. Rotate the engine 180_ . (Cylinder Head Down)
33. Install the oil pump relief valve piston and spring. Place
cover over spring and insert fastener . Hand--tighten
fastener.
34. Install the remaining lower crankcase fastener.
35. Rotate the engine 180_ . (Cylinder Head Up)
36. Tighten cylinder head nuts and lower crankcase
fasteners to specification as outlined on page 4.15.
37. Rotate the engine 180_ . (Cylinder Head Down)
38. Proceed with the TIMING CHAIN INSTALLATION /
TDC PROCEDURE.
