2. Adjust the handlebar to the desired height. Be
sure the handlebars do not hit the gas tank or
any other part of the vehicle when turned fully
to the left or right.
3. Lightly tighten each bolt equally to prevent
uneven gaps in the block. Torque the bolts to
7.3 ft. lbs. (10 Nm).

WARNING
Operating your ATV with worn tires, improperly
inflated tires, non-standard tires or improperly
installed tires will affect vehicle handling and
could cause an accident resulting in serious
injury or death. Always follow all tire
maintenance procedures as outlined in this
manual and on the labels on the vehicle.
Always use original equipment size and type
when replacing tires.
TIRE TREAD DEPTH
Always replace tires when tread depth is worn to
1/8" (3 mm)
