WHEEL INSTALLATION
1. Lock the parking brake.
2. Place the wheel in the correct position on the
wheel hub. Be sure the valve stem is toward
the outside and rotation arrows on the tire
point toward forward rotation.
3. Install the wheel bolts
q
and finger tighten
them.
4. Lower the vehicle to the ground.
5. Securely tighten the bolts to 22 ft. lbs. (30
Nm).
WHEEL HUB TIGHTENING
Front wheel bearing tightness and spindle nut
retention are critical component operations. All
service must be performed by your authorized
Polaris dealer or other qualified service facility.
