Operation
Parking on a Hill or Incline
Avoid parking on a hill or incline if pos-
sible. If it's unavoidable, follow these
precautions:
1. Turn the engine off.
2. Place the transmission in first gear.
3. Lock the parking brake.
4. Always block the rear wheels on the
downhill side. See illustration.
5. Turn the fuel valve off.
