Cooling System
Fluid level inspection; inspect for fluid leaks;
add coolant if needed. Inspect coolant strength
seasonally; pressure test system yearly.
Wheel Bearings Inspect; replace as needed.
Parking Brake (if
applicable)*
Inspect; adjust as needed.
Fuel System*
Cycle key to pressurize fuel pump; check for
leaks at fuel system connections, check for
leaks at fill cap.
Throttle Body / Intake
Ducts
Inspect ducts for proper sealing / air leaks.
Shift Cable / Linkage Inspect; adjust as needed.
Steering System and
Components
Inspect; Replace or rebuild if necessary.
Shock Absorbers*
Inspect for leaks and wear; Rebuild if
necessary.
* It is recommended to have an authorized Polaris dealer perform these
services.
