5.2.4 Copy a Corporate Directory Entry to Contact Directory
1. Press MENU in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press
or to scroll to Directories, and then press OK.
3. Press
or to scroll to Corporate Directory, and then press Select.
4. Use the dialing keys to enter the first name (or the last name, depending
on current setting) to search or press
to scroll to the directory entry,
and then press Options.
5. Press
or to scroll to Copy to Contact Directory.
6. Press Select. Edit the contact information if necessary, press
to
move to the next category.
7. Press Copy to confirm copying the entry.
5.2.5 Sort the Corporate Directory by First Name or Last Name
1. Press MENU in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press
or to scroll to Directories, and then press OK.
3. Press
or to scroll to Corporate Directory, and then press Select.
4. When an entry appears, press Options.
5. Press
or to scroll to Sort by.
6. Press Select, and then
or to scroll to First Name or Last Name.
7. Press Select to confirm.
5.3 Speed Dial
You can assign your directory entries to a speed dial slot (2-9).
5.3.1 Add a Speed Dial Entry
1. Press MENU in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press
or to scroll to Directories, and then press OK.
3. Press
or to scroll to Speed Dial List, and then press Select.
4. Press
or to scroll to the empty speed dial slot, and then press
Select.
5. Press
or to scroll to Contact Directory, Corporate Directory, or
Manual Entry, and then press Select.
6. Use the dialing keys to enter the first name (or the last name, depending
on current setting) to search or press
to scroll to the directory entry,
and then press Select to save the speed dial entry.
- If you have chosen Manual Entry in step 4, use the dialing keys to
enter the number, and the press Select to save the speed dial
