WARRANTY
Pool Pro warrants the Neptune Digital Chlorinator range (domestic) only for the original
purchaser and is non-transferable. Pool Pro warrants the power pack and cell to be
free of manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for a total period of
three (3) years or up to 10,000 hours (whichever comes rst) from the date of original
purchase for domestic applications only (non-commercial applications on a single-
dwelling residential site). Domestic models are warranted for a period of one (1) year
from the date of original purchase on a commercial installation. Commercial models are
warranted for a period of two (2) years or up to 10,000 hours (whichever comes rst)
from the date of original purchase.
Warranty excludes damage caused by negligence, improper use, failure to undertake
regular maintenance, lack of care when using the product, foreign matter entering the
cell, water or foreign matter entering the power pack or junction box, incorrect water
balancing, incorrect installation, incorrect ow rates, inadequate ventilation, nor does
it cover normal wear and tear of the cell and power pack components, incorrect power
supply, corrosive and aggressive climate or location, insect or vermin infestation,
lightning strikes, ooding or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.
This product is only warranted for its intended use, in swimming pool and spa
installations. Water quality must be maintained in accordance with AS 3633-1989
Australian Standard Private Swimming Pools Water Quality and the product must be
installed in accordance with AS3000 Wiring Standards. Failure to comply with these
standards will void warranty.
