ASSEMBLY

Female Tire Chuck (1)

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
1 - 9/16 inch open end wrench
1 - adjustable wrench
UNPACKING
Remove unit from carton and discard all packaging.
NOTE: Save all parts bags.
ASSEMBLE HOSE
Assemble hose to air outlet.
IMPORTANT: The hex fitting on the
air outlet MUST be held in place with
a wrench (Fig. 1) when tightening hose
onto air outlet.
ASSEMBLE ACCESSORIES
(FIG. 2)





An accidental start-up can cause
injury.
Choose the accessory needed.
NOTE: Apply thread seal tape to
threads of exposed fittings.
Assemble Female Tire Chuck
Assemble female tire chuck to hose
and tighten securely with wrenches.
Assemble Other Accessories
1. Attach the hose adapter to hose.
2. Choose the needed accessory.
Attach the tapered nozzles, nee-
dle or high flow inflator/deflator
adapter body to the hose adapter.
