1. Before starting compressor, pull the ring on the safety valve to make sure
that the safety valve operates freely. If the valve is stuck or does not operate
smoothly, contact a trained service technician.

NOTICE: Allow unit to cool before
draining tank, drain valve becomes hot
during operation.
1. Set the Off/Auto switch to "OFF".
2. Turn the regulator knob counter-
clockwise to set the outlet pressure
to zero.
3. Pull and hold ring on safety valve allowing air to bleed from the tank until air
pressure is minimized.
4. Place unit on blocks to lift unit off of ground. (Fig. 7)
5. Place suitable container under unit to catch water.
