Why Poulan Pro PPBV25 engine will not start?
- CcrollinsJul 29, 2025
If your Poulan Pro Blower engine won't start, several factors could be the cause. It could be due to a flooded engine, in which case you should refer to the “Starting a Flooded Engine” section in the Operation section. Alternatively, the fuel tank might be empty, requiring you to fill it with the correct fuel mixture. A faulty spark plug that is not firing may also be the reason, and replacing it with a new one might solve the issue. Another potential cause is fuel not reaching the carburetor. Inspect the fuel filter for dirt and replace if necessary. Also, check for any kinks or splits in the fuel line, repairing or replacing as needed. If none of these steps work, low compression could be the reason, and you should contact an authorized service dealer.
