1.
Remove (7) Phillips
screws from the dash
trim bezel and remove
the bezel.
2. Remove (2) 3/8”
hex-head screws
securing the factory
radio and disconnect
the wiring.

Scamp 1983-1984
1. Remove (5) Phillips
screws from the edge
of the dash trim bezel.
2. Remove (1) Phillips
screw above the
radio opening.
3. Pry out on the
bottom edge of the
bezel and remove.
4. Remove (2) 3/8”
hex-head screws

4. Unclip the bezel
and remove. (Figure A)
5. Remove (2) 3/8”
hex-head screws
securing the factory
radio and disconnect
the wiring.

1. Remove (4) Phillips screws from the top edge of
the dash trim bezel.
2. Remove (7) Phillips screws from the face of the
dash trim bezel.
3. Remove (3) Phillips screws under the dash
trim bezel.

radio and disconnect
the wiring.
1. Remove the ashtray. Remove (2) Phillips screws
exposed in the ashtray cavity and remove the
ashtray bracket. Remove the cupholder.
2.
Remove (2) Phillips screws exposed
in the cupholder cavity and remove the
cupholder bracket.
3.
Unclip the dash trim bezel, pull the bezel over the
steering column and remove.
4.
Remove (2) 3/8” hex-head screws securing the
factory radio and disconnect the wiring.
