ATTACH LOWER & UPPER HANDLE
1. Take lower handle and line up the hole in the lower handle with the
hole on the handle bracket.
2. Secure the lower handle with Sleeve with provided M6 Hexagonal
flange bolts on each side.
3. Pull upper handle up and lock it in position with bolts and knob on both
side.
4. Insert the recoil starter handle cable into the hook provided on the
upper handle.
