3. Fit replacement in reverse order.
2.7.7.8. R2R Main Control Board
1. Unplug all the electrical connections by squeezing each
side to release.
2. Using a small flat screwdriver push on the locking tab
of each PCB mount and gently ease the board upwards to
release.
Note: Each control board is pre-programmed
to specific heater kW sizes. Ensure the correct
board is fitted (see following table)

3. Fit replacement in reverse order.
2.7.7.9. Thermistor
1. Disconnect the thermistor from the exhaust fan outlet
2. Disconnect the two pin plug and socket connected
to the end of the red/white cable situated behind the
electrical chassis plate
3. Fit replacements as appropriate and reassemble in
reverse order..
2.7.7.10. Run/Fault Indicator Lamp
Situated at the bottom of the front panel.
1. Disconnect the electrical plug from the R2R board
2. Squeeze and pop out the indicator bezel from the front
panel
3. Fit replacement as appropriate and reassemble in
reverse order..
2.7.7.11. Centrifugal Fan/Motor
1. Disconnect the electrical connections to the centrifugal
fan section.
2. Remove the side panels of the section for access to the
fan and motor.
3. Fit replacements as appropriate and reassemble in
reverse order.
Note: If a 3ph motor is being replaced ensure
that the direction of rotation is correct. If it is
not interchange any two of the three phases
connected to the motor.
2.7.7.12. Filters
Heaters fitted with an inlet filter box.
1. Remove screws fixing filter box side cover and lift away
cover.
2. Withdraw original filters from the sliders.
3. Fit replacement as appropriate and reassemble in
reverse order.
