1 Pulse APS1 FAULT
Faulty pressure switch, incorrectly set,
incorrectly wired, pick up tube fault.
2 Pulses APS2 FAULT
Faulty pressure switch, incorrectly set,
incorrectly wired, pick up tube fault.
3 Pulses FLAME FAULT
No fuel, faulty gas valve, faulty rectification
probe, incorrect gas pressure, faulty Pactrol.
4 Pulses THERMISTOR FAULT
Faulty thermistor, incorrect software
settings
5 Pulses EXHAUST FAN FAULT Faulty exhaust fan, incorrect wiring
On Steady IGNITION LOCKOUT
No fuel, faulty gas valve, faulty spark/rec
probe, incorrect gas pressure, faulty Pactrol
1 Pulse
HIGH LIMIT 1
(closest to burner)
Incorrect software settings, main air fan
failure, faulty limit stat, incorrect burner rate
2 Pulses
HIGH LIMIT 2
