Usage Features

  • Installation: Requires specific reserve space depending on power rating (e.g., 0.75-7.5kW: A≥100mm, B≥10mm; 90-400kW: A≥300mm, B≥50mm). For multiple inverters, side-by-side mounting is preferred. If stacked, heat insulation deflectors are recommended.
  • Wiring: Divided into main circuit and control circuit. Users must follow wiring diagrams. Precautions include ensuring power is off before wiring, proper grounding, correct phase sequence for motor terminals, and avoiding connection of power to output terminals. Control cables should be shielded and kept away from main circuit lines.
  • Commissioning: Involves confirming AC input voltage, connecting power to R, S, T terminals, and selecting the appropriate operation control method. Motor parameter auto-tuning is crucial for vector control, especially if the motor cannot be completely disengaged from its load.
  • Parameter Settings: Three-level menu structure (group, code, setting). Parameters can be viewed and modified, with some being read-only or modifiable only in stop status. Password protection is available.
  • Motor Compatibility: Suitable for three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors. Inverter selection should match motor rated current, with power difference not exceeding two power segments.
  • EMC Considerations: Designed to comply with electromagnetic compatibility standards (IEC/EN61800-3). Recommendations for reducing interference include proper grounding, using shielded cables, installing surge suppressors, and avoiding parallel routing of signal and power cables.
  • Braking: Built-in brake unit for 220V 0.4-11kW, 380V 0.75-22kW, and 480V 0.75-22kW models. Additional brake units and resistors are needed for higher power ratings.
  • Optional Accessories: Supports expansion cards (PG, CANbus), AC input/output reactors, DC reactors, input/output filters, brake units/resistors, MCCB, contactors, and specific wiring types (e.g., shielded symmetrical motor cables).

Maintenance Features

  • Routine Inspection: Regular checks (every 6 months) for display abnormalities, fan noise/vibration, loose fastenings, overheating, dust, blocked air ducts, abnormal appearance of electrolytic capacitors, and loose wires/conducting bars.
  • Parts Replacement: Key internal mechanical wear parts, such as cooling fans (1-3 years), filter capacitors (4-5 years), and printed circuit boards (5-8 years), should be replaced regularly.
  • Storage: Store in a well-ventilated area, free from dampness, dust, or metal dust, within specified ambient temperature ranges. Avoid arbitrary voltage withstand tests.
  • Capacitor Rebuilding: If the inverter has been stored for a long time, the DC bus capacitor needs to be recharged according to specific instructions (e.g., 1 hour for 1-2 years storage, 2 hours for >3 years storage, with adjustable power or incandescent lights).
  • Measuring and Readings: Use appropriate instruments for measuring current and voltage. Note that general multi-meters may provide inaccurate readings for three-phase output voltage due to carrier frequency interference.
  • Warranty: 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase (domestic market), or as per agreement for export/non-standard products. Exceptions include failures due to improper operation, unauthorized repairs, use beyond specifications, improper handling, environmental aging, natural disasters, or shipping damage (if not specified by customer).
