Procedure 6.6 - Replacing the Circuit Breaker
1. Set the treadmill’s on/off switch in the “off” position and remove the treadmill’s power cord
from the AC outlet.
2. Remove the treadmill’s hood.
3. Make note of the location of the wiring and disconnect both red leads from the circuit
breaker. Refer to diagram 5.5.
4. Push the circuit breaker toward its mounting plate to compress the spring on the circuit
breaker and then sidewise to remove the circuit breaker from the mounting plate. refer to
Diagram 6.5.

5. Press the replacement circuit breaker into its mounting hole until it snaps into place.
6. Connect the red wire from the on/off switch to the left hand terminal of the circuit breaker
and the red wire from the lower PCA to the right hand terminal of the circuit breaker.
7. Replace the treadmill’s hood.
8. Insert the AC power cord into the AC outlet and set the on/off switch in the “on” position.
9. Test the treadmill per Procedure 3.
