Remove the Goose Neck Gasket , Goose Neck cover , Lift Top cover , and Lift
Front cover , see "Lift Front Cover Replacement" on page72.

Remove the Lift Interface Plate cover , see "Lift Interface Plate Cover Replacement"
on page76.
