7. Use the motion controls to adjust the incline angle
of the treadmill and the speed of the belt.

8. If you need to end your workout early, do one of
the following things:
– Press the STOP switch just below the console
three times.
– On the console screen, touch Pause, then
Finish, then Home.
Note: If you’ve been inactive for 20 minutes or
more, the console reverts to stand-by mode.
